• Be assured that this special order Super Ultra-Plush carpet is the highest quality custom molded Chevy Crew Cab Pickup Ultra-Plush carpet available in the aftermarket industry. Ultra-Plush has 40% more nylon fibers than our standard Plush carpet. Each Chevy Crew Cab Pickup special order Super Ultra-Plush carpet is heat molded to your Chevy Crew Cab Pickup's specific floor pan for the correct factory style fit.  Also included, each Ultra-Plush carpet has a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal. You will also receive heavy 40 ounce jute padding attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
   

• All Ultra-Plush Essex carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the carpet mold is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets, backed by 30 years of experience.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for the contours of your Crew Cab Truck's floor pan--specific to it's year, make and model.  The Ultra-Plush carpet is molded by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and it is then allowed to sit in the mold to cool to retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit whether you purchase the molded carpet or our molded vinyl floor covering. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
   

• Mass backing is may be added as a special order option on this Crew Cab Truck Ultra-Plush carpet and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding properties.  Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is molded onto the back of the carpet when it is manufactured.  It adds sound deadening and insulation qualities to the carpet. You will still receive enough heavy jute padding in the box to cover the floor pan areas if you order the special order mass backing option.
   

• Super Ultra-Plush carpet is a special order item. On special order items we do not make color recommendations. Please take time the to view our color samples, compare them to your existing carpet or interior and see if you feel any of them will work for your vehicle.  We make every effort to make our online color sample pictures accurate, however, there is no way we can take into account the monitor that you are viewing those colors with or the way your monitor is set and it is therefore impossible for the online color samples to be accurate for everyone viewing them.  You are strongly advised to get color samples prior to your purchase on all orders, but especially when placing an order for a special order item.
