Each Acura Legend carpet is custom heat molded to your Acura Legend's specific floor pan for the correct original factory style fit.  Also included, each has a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
   

• All carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the carpet mold is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for the contours of your Legend's floor pan--specific to it's year, make and model.  The carpet is molded by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and it is then allowed to sit in the mold to cool, which helps the carpet to retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit whether you purchase the molded carpet or our molded vinyl floor covering. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
   

• All of our carpet is manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf. Carpet that is manufactured to order makes installation easier since the wrinkles acquired during shipping will then come out during the installation process.  Our carpet is manufactured and ships from the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for your carpet.  If the product sits around in a box on a shelf, the wrinkles may not come out during the installation process.  You should only order carpet that is manufactured to order, as our carpet is--not carpet that is sitting in a box, since wrinkles may "set in" and not come out during installation.

• Mass backing is also available as a special order option for your Acura Legend carpet. Mass backing is used for sound deadening.  Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is molded onto the back of the carpet when it is manufactured.  It adds sound deadening and insulation qualities to the carpet and is available at an additional cost on most carpets.  Remember, special orders do not take any longer to ship out.
