Each Chevy Bel Air carpet is heat molded to your Chevy Bel-Air's specific floor pan for the correct original fit.  Or in some classic models, Bel Air carpet may also be available in the original style cut and sewn carpet which also is designed to fit your Chevy Bel Air's specific floor pan just like the carpet that came from the factory.  Also included, each Chevy Belair carpet has a heel pad that is sealed onto the Bel Air carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 oz jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
   

• Our carpet is manufactured to order and generally ships from the manufacturer within 24-48 hours after your order is received--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or ordering the manufacturer's suggested color for your carpet.
   

• Mass backing is also available as an upgrade for your Chevy Belair molded carpet, it is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding.  Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is molded onto the back of the carpet when it is manufactured.  It adds sound deadening and insulation qualities to the carpet and is available at an additional as a special order item.  **Please Note:  Mass backing can only be applied to carpets that are molded, any of the older model year carpets that are the original style cut and sewn style cannot have mass backing applied since it is applied during the molding process. Mass backing can only be applied to molded carpets. We highly recommend the mass backing option for additional sound deadening and heat shield.
