Our manufacturer, ACC--Auto
Custom Carpets is the
largest
manufacturer in the aftermarket carpet industry for over 30 years because of their attention to detail.
Each carpet is manufactured to your vehicles specific year/make/model floor
pan for ease of installation and correct fit every time, included is a heavy
40 ounce jute pad in the floor pan areas and correct heel pad. Dimmer switch
grommet is also included if applicable.
Mass
backing
is also available as an upgrade to your new carpet
and is used for additional sound
deadening and heat shielding. Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is
bonded onto the back of the carpet at the time that it is manufactured.
We highly recommend the mass backing option for your new carpet.
Mass backing is available at an additional cost, but does not take any
longer to ship out from the factory. Mass backing can only be applied to
any piece in your set that is actually molded, any die cut parts such as
console strips, kick panel inserts, etc cannot have the mass backing
applied since those pieces are not made in a mold.
