Each replacement auto carpet kit is heat molded to your vehicle's specific floor pan for the original style factory molded fit.  Also included with your carpet is a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.  You are purchasing the highest quality aftermarket carpet that is available at the best prices since we are a very large dealer, we receive the lowest possible pricing from the manufacturer and pass those low prices on to our customers.
   

• All carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the carpet mold is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for the contours of your vehicle's floor pan--specific to it's year, make and model.  The carpet is molded by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and it is then allowed to sit in the mold to cool so that it will retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit whether you purchase the molded carpet or our molded vinyl floor covering. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!

  Our carpet is properly molded and, like your original OEM auto carpet, does not need to be glued to the floor.  Read over our detailed installation instructions for more information.
   

• Mass backing is also available as an upgrade to your new carpet and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding. Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is bonded onto the back of the carpet at the time that it is manufactured. Our customers love this upgrade and we highly recommend the mass backing option for your new carpet.  Mass backing is available at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship out from the factory. The mass backing option makes it a simple one step process to install both the carpet and the sound deadener and heat shield. 
  Mass backing can only be applied to molded carpets and cannot be applied to any die cut parts in a set or to molded vinyl floor covering.

• Xtreme colors are available on all auto carpet
  You may special order Xtreme colors for any vehicle, they are at an additional cost
   

• Also available in molded vinyl floor covering.  A rugged alternative to the molded auto carpet, molded vinyl floor covering can be used in any application that we offer a molded style carpet for, and like the molded carpet it is molded to your Dodge truck's floor pan specific to it's year and model.  Approximately 1/8" thick with a pebble grain.  Extremely tough, easy to clean and as hard working as you are.  You will also receive enough of the heavy 40 ounce jute pad to lay down in the floor pan area. Molded vinyl floor covering is available in 4 colors.
   

• Each carpet is heat molded to your vehicle's specific floor pan for the correct original factory style molded fit. 
   

• Each carpet has a heel pad that is heat sealed onto the carpet in the correct position under the brake and accelerator pedal, and has a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
   

• On vintage or 1950's classic models, we offer carpet in the original factory cut and sewn style to help you keep your show car or daily driver original and we offer the loop carpet to add the finishing touch.

• A dimmer switch grommet is included for applicable model years
   

• Matching binding or overcast stitching will cover the exposed areas of the carpet that are not hidden by trim
  binding is on exposed areas not covered by trim or hidden under the firewall
   

• Matching carpet floor mats are available for most vehicles
  Floor mats have matching binding and with heavy gripper non-slip backs and many can be customized with logo embroidery.  If ordered at the same time of carpet purchase, you save money and insure the ultimate color match between your new floor mats and carpet.
