• Genuine ACC Auto Custom Carpet--Always The Highest Quality Available At The Lowest Prices!
  We offer two styles of cut pile carpet--both are the highest quality available in the aftermarket carpet industry, both meet or exceed OEM specifications.  Our 80/20 loop carpet is available in only one style which also meets or exceeds OEM specs.
  
  Our first cut pile carpet style is the standard Plush cut pile carpet. Plush carpet comes with attached heavy 40 ounce jute padding in the floor pan areas--you may also want to upgrade to the mass backing option for additional sound deadening and heat shield. Mass backing is available at an additional cost. You will still receive the heavy 40 ounce jute padding for the floor pan areas with the mass backing upgrade.  We highly recommend the mass backing option which makes the carpet much heavier. You will receive a dimmer switch grommet to install (if applicable for your vehicle's year).
  
  Our second style of cut pile carpet may be special ordered and is the super Ultra-Plush carpet, available as an upgrade to our standard plush carpet. Ultra-Plush is available at an additional cost.  Ultra-plush has a full 40% more nylon fibers.  It will still come with the heavy 40 ounce jute padding in the floor pan areas--again, you may special order mass backing for additional sound deadener and heat shield. Mass backing is available at an additional cost. There will also be an attached heel pad in the correct place.  You will receive a dimmer switch grommet to install (if applicable for your vehicle's year).
  
  Both styles of carpet have the same pile height--approximately 1/4" deep pile.
  
  All carpet styles, including the 80/20 loop carpet, come standard with poly backing unless special ordered with the mass backing for additional sound deadening and heat shield. All carpet styles will have the 40 ounce jute padding for the floor pan areas, even when ordered with the mass backing (padding may be loose in the box if mass backing is ordered).
  
  

• All of our carpet is manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf. Carpet that is manufactured to order makes installation easier since the wrinkles acquired during shipping will then come out during the installation process.  Our carpet is manufactured and ships from the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for your carpet.
  
  

• All carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the molding is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for your vehicle--specific to it's year, make and model.  The product is made by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and allowed to sit in the mold to cool to retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
  
  

• Mass backing is also available as an upgrade for your molded Chevy Caprice carpet for additional sound deadening and heat shielding.  Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is molded onto the back of the Caprice carpet when it is manufactured.  It adds sound deadening and insulation qualities to the carpet and is available at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship.  Our customer's love this upgrade for their Caprice carpet and we highly recommend the mass backing upgrade. • Also available in molded vinyl floor covering.  A rugged alternative to the molded 1991-1996 Caprice carpet, and it is molded to your Chevy 1991-1996 Caprice's floor pan specific to it's year and model.  Approximately 1/8" thick with a pebble grain.  Extremely tough, easy to clean and as hard working as you are.  You will also receive enough of the heavy 40 ounce jute pad to lay down in the floor pan area. Molded vinyl floor covering is available in 6 rugged colors that do not crack or fade. Molded vinyl floor covering is available on the 1991-1996 model Caprice only. Great for taxi cabs!
  
  

• Xtreme colors are also available as a special order option for your Chevy Caprice carpet
  
  

• We also offer Super Ultra-Plush Carpet as a special order upgrade to our standard plush carpet at an additional cost.  It is always advised that you get color samples prior to ordering a special order item since it is impossible to insure that you are viewing the online color samples correctly due to the monitor you are viewing the colors on and the way that monitor is set.
