Each carpet is heat molded to your Chevy S10 pickup's specific floor pan for the correct original fit.  Also included, each has a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.  This correctly molded Chevy S10 pickup carpet or molded Chevy S10 pickup vinyl flooring covers completely (even under the seats) from under the firewall to the back of the cab.
   

• All carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the molding is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for your vehicle--specific to it's year, make and model.  The product is made by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and allowed to sit in the mold to cool to retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit whether you purchase the molded carpet or our molded vinyl floor covering. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
   

• Also Available In Molded Vinyl Floor Covering.  A rugged alternative to the molded Chevy S10 pickup carpet, molded vinyl floor covering can be used in any application that we offer a molded style carpet for, and like the molded carpet it is molded to your Chevy S10 truck's floor pan specific to it's year and model.  Approximately 1/8" thick with a pebble grain.  Extremely tough, easy to clean and as hard working as you are.  You will also receive enough of the heavy 40 ounce jute pad to lay down in the floor pan area. Molded vinyl floor covering is available in 7 rugged colors that do not crack or fade.
   

• Mass backing is also available as a special order option used for sound deadening for your Chevy S10 truck carpet.  Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is molded onto the back of the carpet when it is manufactured.  It adds sound deadening and insulation qualities to the carpet and is available at an additional cost on most carpets.  Remember, special orders do not take any longer to ship out.  Mass backing cannot be applied to molded vinyl floor covering and is only available as a special order on the Chevy S10 pickup carpet.
   

• Chevy S10 pickup Carpet Floor Mats are also available to help protect your new carpet investment
  To ensure the best color match between your new carpet and floor mats, it is advised that you order both carpet and floor mats at the same time so that there aren't any dye lot changes and you will enjoy correct match between the two products.  Floor mat logo embroidery is also available at an additional cost, adding the finishing touch to your Ranger's new interior.
