• All of our carpet is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, and is the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the molding is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for your Monte Carlo--specific to it's year, make and model.  The carpet is made by applying heat and vacuum to help conform it to it's proper shape of the contours of your floor pan and it is then allowed to sit in the mold to cool, which helps the carpet retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
   

• All of our carpet is manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf. Carpet that is manufactured to order makes installation easier since the wrinkles acquired during shipping will then come out during the installation process.  Our carpet is manufactured and ships from the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for your carpet.
   

• Mass backing is also available as a special order option for your Chevy Monte Carlo carpet, it is used for additional sound deadening.  Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is molded onto the back of the carpet when it is manufactured.  It adds sound deadening and insulation qualities to the carpet and is available at an additional as a special order item.  Remember, special orders do not take any longer to ship out.

• Our Manufacturer's suggested carpet colors are listed below on some Monte Carlo years or you may wish to choose a **Special Order color. 
  **Please be advised, you may choose any color you wish, however, all Special Order colors (colors that are not listed as our "Manufacturer's Suggested Carpet Colors" below) are non-returnable and not exchangeable since they are not considered by the manufacturer to be original for your particular year Chevy Monte Carlo and are not resalable.  Also be advised that by ordering a Special Order color for your vehicle, it may not match your existing interior color.  It is always advised that you request a sample before the sale if you are ordering a Special Order color for your vehicle.
