All carpet material is manufactured in
the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket
industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the molding
is the most important part of the process.
All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom
Carpets. Each mold is made with attention to detail
to provide you with the correct fit for your Lumina--specific to it's
year, make and model. The product is made by applying heat and
vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and then it is
allowed to sit in the mold to cool so that it retains it's shape during
shipping. You are assured of an OEM factory style fit. Our carpets
are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!

All of our carpet is
manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf.
Carpet that is manufactured to order makes installation easier since the
wrinkles acquired during shipping will then come out during the
installation process. Our carpet is manufactured and ships from
the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours--whether you are special
ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for
your carpet.

You may also want to

Mass backing
for your new Lumina carpet for additional sound deadening and heat
shield qualities. Mass backing is
ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml
thick that is molded onto the back of your replacement Lumina carpet
when it is manufactured.
You will also still receive enough of the heavy 40 ounce jute pad to
cover the floor pan areas of your Lumina, just as you would with the
standard poly backed Lumina carpet.

look at them, compare them to your existing Lumina carpet or interior and see if

get samples if you feel that these suggested colors are not what you have in your
vehicle. We make every effort to make our online color sample
pictures accurate, however, there is no way we can take into account the
monitor that you are viewing those colors with or the way your monitor
is set, making it impossible for all of our customers to view our online
color samples accurately. So please remember, these are suggested colors only--the
final color choice is up to you. All returns are subject to our
