All of our carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the molding is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for your Chrysler--specific to it's year, make and model.  The product is made by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and then it is allowed to sit in the mold to cool so that it retains it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit whether you order carpet or molded vinyl floor covering. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
 

Each carpet is heat molded to your vehicle's specific floor pan for the correct original factory style molded fit. 
 

Molded vinyl floor covering is available for almost any vehicle that now has a molded carpet and is a rugged alternative to carpet.  Molded vinyl floor covering is molded to your vehicle's floor pan, specific to its year, make and model, and is approximately 1/8" thick with a pebble grain. It comes with enough heavy 40 ounce jute padding to cover the floor pan areas in your vehicle.  A floor covering that works as hard as you do, is easy to clean and wears like iron.  It is available in 4 colors.
 

Mass backing is also available as an upgrade to your new molded carpet and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding. Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is bonded onto the back of the carpet at the time that it is manufactured. We highly recommend the mass backing option for your new carpet.  The mass backing upgrade is available at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship out from the factory.

Each carpet has a heel pad that is heat sealed onto the carpet in the correct position under the brake and accelerator pedal, and has a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
 

On vintage or 1950's classic models, we offer carpet in the original factory cut and sewn style to help you keep your show car or daily driver original and we offer the 80/20 loop carpet to add the finishing touch.
