Be assured that this Excursion carpet is the highest quality Ford Excursion carpet available in the aftermarket industry. Each carpet is heat molded to your Ford Excursion's specific floor pan for the correct factory style molded fit.  Also included, each has a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
 

All of our carpet is manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf. Carpet that is manufactured to order makes installation easier since the wrinkles acquired during shipping will then come out during the installation process.  Our carpet is manufactured and ships from the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours after your order is received--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for your carpet.
 

We also offer Super Ultra-Plush Carpet as a special order upgrade to our standard carpet at an additional cost.  It is always advised that you get color samples prior to ordering a special order item since it is impossible to insure that you are viewing the online color samples correctly due to the monitor you are viewing the colors on and the way that monitor is set.
 

All carpet material is manufactured in the USA by Dorsett Mills, the highest quality carpet in the aftermarket industry, but then we take it a step further, knowing that the molding is the most important part of the process.  All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom Carpets.  Each mold is made with attention to detail to provide you with the correct fit for your vehicle--specific to it's year, make and model.  The product is made by applying heat and vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and allowed to sit in the mold to cool to retain it's shape during shipping.  You are assured of an OEM factory style fit. Our carpets are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
 

Also Available In Molded Vinyl Floor Covering for your Ford Excursion.  A rugged alternative to the Ford Excursion molded carpet is molded vinyl floor covering, and like the molded Excursion carpet, it is molded to your Ford Excursion's floor pan specific to it's year and model.  Approximately 1/8" thick with a pebble grain.  Extremely tough, easy to clean and as hard working as you are.  You will also receive enough of the heavy 40 ounce jute pad to lay down in the floor pan area. Molded vinyl floor covering is available in 6 rugged colors that do not crack or fade.
 

Mass backing is also available as an upgrade for your new molded carpet and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding. Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is heat bonded onto the back of the carpeting at the time that it is manufactured. Our customer's love this upgrade and we highly recommend the mass backing option for your new molded carpet.  The mass backing upgrade is available at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship.  You will still receive the heavy jute padding for the floor pan areas. The mass backing upgrade is only available for the molded carpeting and cannot be applied to our molded vinyl floor covering.
