over 30 of experience. Each carpet or vinyl is heat molded in a mold
made from the Jeep Comanche's floor pan, specific to it's year. Also included, each
carpet has a
heel pad (vinyl does not need a heel pad) that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and
accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the
carpet in the floor pan areas. Vinyl floor covering has the same padding
as the carpet included for you to lay down, but the padding will not be
glued to it due to the release agent used in the molding process.

rugged molded
vinyl floor covering. A tough alternative to the molded carpet
that is approximately 1/8" thick with a pebble grain to give you
stability when getting in and out of your vehicle. It is also
molded to your Jeep Comanche's floor pan for a factory fit. For a
floor covering that works or plays as hard as you do and is a snap to
clean, choose the molded vinyl floor covering. Molded vinyl floor
covering is available in 5 rugged colors that do not crack or fade.

Mass
backing
is also available as an upgrade for your new molded carpet
and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding. Mass
backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is bonded onto the
back of the carpet at the time that it is manufactured. Our customer's
love this upgrade for their new molded carpet and we highly recommend it. The mass backing upgrade is available at an additional cost, but does
not take any longer to ship. You will still receive the heavy
jute padding for the floor pan areas. The mass backing upgrade is
only available for the molded carpet and cannot be applied to molded
vinyl floor covering.

All of our carpets are molded for us by world famous ACC Auto Custom
Carpets. Each mold is made with great attention to detail
to provide you with the correct fit for your Jeep Comanche's floor pan--specific to it's
year, make and model. The product is made by applying heat and
vacuum to help conform the carpet to it's proper shape and then it is
allowed to sit in the mold to cool so that it retains it's shape during
shipping. You are assured of an OEM factory style fit, whether you
order molded carpet or molded vinyl floor covering. Our carpets
are manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
